Theo is one of the two founders of SmartSec Solutions and its CEO. Theo is a highly motivated and responsible business leader with more than 20 years of experience in the security industry.

Within SmartSec, Theo leads a team of almost 500 people delivering over £15m of security and front of house services across London and the Home Counties. He takes overall responsibility for all aspects of the business and particularly enjoys strategising about future growth opportunities.

Theo is pivotal in strategising the growth and development of the company. He is responsible for monitoring and maintaining customer relations together with supporting our teams.

Fawad is one of the two founders of SmartSec Solutions and its COO. Fawad embodies SmartSec’s vision and promotes its core values to guarantee robust and efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Fawad strongly believes in diversity and inclusion, Resultantly, his team of more than 500 employees is the epitome of gender, cultural diversity, and inclusivity.

Dele is our Operations Director; he builds and maintains a formidable company-customer relationship which elevates customer loyalty, and he has implemented protocols that have improved security compliance and mitigated security risks.

Dele leads our operations department and is also responsible for identifying opportunities to grow our customer base, build positive relationships with new customers, and maintain ongoing engagement with key accounts.

Dele also acts as a point of escalation for customers, attending client meetings to ensure services are being delivered appropriately. 

Dele is also a member of the Security Institute and is qualified and experienced in carrying out Security/H&S Risk Reviews.

Sharan heads up the SmartSec accounts department. Sharan has a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. Sharan is skilled in managing Budgeting, Cash Flow, Management Accounts, Payroll and HMRC tax submissions, Pensions, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audits.

Zara is our sales and Marketing Executive. Zara is responsible for the coordination and compilation of SmartSec Solutions’ responses to tenders.

Zara is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. She also creates SmartSec’s quarterly newsletters, marketing collateral and sales presentations for SmartSec Solutions.

Rob is one of our most experienced Account Managers. He manages over 30 sites of Static Guarding and keyholding. His skill set includes effective people management, security innovation, team motivation and strong leadership abilities. He provides day-to-day contact service delivery and support to our site teams.

Ali Ahmed is our Helpdesk manager. He manages SmartSec’s 24/7 helpdesk. Ali oversees the book-ons and offs, check calls, additional Cover requests and incident reporting.

Ali’s helpdesk is the logistics hub for SmartSec Solutions. They have full control of SmartSec’s workforce, ensuring our staffing allocation is aligned with our contractual commitments across all of our sites.
